The Nixon $300 Bill is a three hundred dollars worth bill delivered to every citizen in Earth to refund the surplus to the taxpayers. When some dollars are spent its worth goes down to the actual worth, so the number "300" in the bill changes to the actual number. The image of Richard Nixon's head actually lives because it speaks and when Mom blows her nose on the bill it screams.
