Doom Meter

The Doom Meter is a device that is used to mesure how doomed the scanned person is by displaying the amount of millidooms they are emitting. Apperantly the normal amount of millidooms a person should be emitting is about 10, however a Time paradox duplicate emitts doom at 10 times the background level.
