Countdown to Reincarnation is the first post of Countdown To Reincarnation of Countdown to Futurama. It was posted on 2 September, 2011.[1] The post consists of a text written by director Matt Tobey and two photographs from the episode Reincarnation.

Next week's Futurama is the season finale. Boo! But it's one of the coolest episodes ever! Yay! As you may remember from our pre-season Countdown to Futurama, Reincarnation features the show reimagined in three alternate animation styles: 8-bit video game, Japanese anime and early-20th century Max Fleischer. And now, with the finale just days away, we've got a whole bunch of extra stuff from the episode that we're going to be rolling out, beginning with this still of the Planet Express Crew as old school video game characters. Up, up, down, down, left, right, left, right, b, a, start!
