The "coffee guy" is a coffee salesman who works at Brooklyn Aquarium Starfishbucks Coffees. He sold Fry his second cup of coffee (out of 100) when Nixon gave taxpayers 300 dollar refund and Fry decided to spend it on 100 cups of coffee.
