The Clan Kroker's Sacred Birthing Grounds are a swamp where new life of the Clan Kroker is raised. Kif was born here, and also his and Amy's (and by extension, Leela's) offspring were born here. The babies are still swimming in the swamp until they grow up. Grand Midwife also lives here, waiting for new births.
