Charlie is an elephant handler who lives on Xenotaph 3. In "Mobius Dick, he chopped off an elephant tusk with a lightsaber following Turanga Leela's request that a whole statue, commemorating the 50th anniversary of the disappearance of the first Planet Express crew, be redone because of a grammatical error.
