Charlie is an elephant handler who lives on Xenotaph 3. In "Möbius Dick", he chopped off an elephant tusk with a lightsaber. This was after Turanga Leela's request that a whole statue, commemorating the 50th anniversary of the disappearance of the first Planet Express crew, be redone because of a grammatical error.
