Charles de Gaulle was a French general and President of the French Republic, he saved France from the Nazis during World War II. In the 31st Century, he lives at the Head Museum in New New York. He appears at the Head Museum after Hermes was decapitated, when Fry feeling jealous picks up Charles and pretends to be him, he returned while Lars and Leela were walking through the Head Museum.
