Blind Joe is a guard for Leo and Inez Wong's first casino. As his name suggests, he is blind. However, because of his sense of smell, he is a very effective guard. He is known to say "Something don't smell right" when he smells trouble. However, with a very strong smell, it is possible to throw off his sense of smell (although he can still smell fairly well).
