The Beijing Bugle is a newspaper presumably made in Beijing. It covered some political events such as the Presidential election and the eating of the flag by the Dr. Zoidberg with their local reporter, Scoop Chang, based on Washington D.C.. It is unknow if Chang is still working here, because he has recently said working for the New New York Times.
