"Farnsworth's girlfriend" is an enormous woman who spent her $300 tax rebate on a radical treatment that disguised her as a much thinner person. When she met Professor Farnsworth, he too was diguised, but as a young person thanks to the full pound on stem cells from GeneWorks, S.K.G. he had applied to his face. When those stems cells wore off and his true identity was revealed, Farnsworth's Girlfriend revealed her true weight, and they agreed it was better to know the truth. They then proceeded to passionately make out.
