The noseless mutant is a sewer mutant that tried to sue Turanga Leela's parents, Turanga Morris and Turanga Munda, after he smelled some flowers on their windowsill and claimed to become paralyzed from their scent, losing the ability to move his limbs. At the case, Zoidberg defended Morris and Munda. Zoidberg accidentally cut off most of the mutant's nose, revealing that he couldn't have smelled the flowers in the first place. This caused the mutant to panic and try to run away, further proving that his limbs worked fine too.
