In updating and cleaning character articles, I have found a lot of differences. Should we consider creating a Infosphere:Standard of character articles page? Aki 12:43, 23 May 2011 (CEST)

- Pretty much create a standard page based on what users agree is the optimal version of a character's article. I wouldn't mind creating a standard page, and then let it open for discussion of change. Aki 13:00, 23 May 2011 (CEST)
- While not necessarily optimal, there is this. Hopefully, the main reason for non-standard articles on characters is that more is known about certain aspects of certain characters. - Quolnok 13:18, 23 May 2011 (CEST)
- Quolnok pretty much said everything I was going to say. Can you give examples of the differences you've found, Aki? That might help improve the templates that are already existing. Teyrn of Highever 13:20, 23 May 2011 (CEST)
- Ah, yes, I didn't find that one. However, I do think that one isn't as ultimate as it could be, and I would like to put in more examples, like how it should include sub-sections, what should go into what section (eg what is trivia and what is biography?), and such.
- Differences that I've found include the order of the sections (personality above biography for example) and how much is included in the introduction. Many articles have a lengthy introduction and no biography section, for example.
- If you want to, I can start writing an alternative (more expanded) version of aforementioned template, and link to it here asking if it should replace the current one. Aki 13:35, 23 May 2011 (CEST)
