Upload new version?

Hi! I wanted upload a higher res/quality version of this where the you can make out the glyphs. But I see an "You cannot overwrite this file." message. Any reason for this? --Avada (talk) 13:07, 22 October 2016 (CEST)

Odd... I saw that I could upload a new version for a different file, but not this. I edited that one's url to this file and upload succeeded without an issue. Weird. --Avada (talk) 13:39, 5 November 2016 (CET)
